RN or LPN for full-time position in established Internal Medicine physician’s office. Experienced in assessing patients and screening emergencies. Must be personable, well-organized and efficient with strong communication skills. Office experience preferred.
Compliance Auditor to conduct in-depth audits of physician documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance in all areas of patient care and billing. CCS-P or CPC required; RHIT or RHIA is preferable. Minimum of 2 years experience in auditing physician documentation and 4 years experience in CPT and ICD-9 coding preferred. Must have excellent communication and analytical skills and be able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Individual to calculate all charges for office
visits, collect correct payment amounts, post charges and receipts,
research and coordinate correction of all denials.
Charges are to be keyed utilizing CPT and ICD-9 codes.
Also, responsible for informing patients of outstanding
bills, explaining BWC Credit Policy and protocols, and collecting
payments accordingly.
Park West
Individual responsible for the processing of encounter forms, patient demographic information, insurance coverage and CPT/ICD-9-M coding accuracy in a timely and efficient manner. CPC or CCS preferred or 2-3 years experience in multi-specialty procedural and diagnosis coding. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
Dr. Liverman (Nashville)
Individual will perform a wide variety of medical office duties, under direct physician supervision relating to assisting the physician and/or nurse with patient care. Incumbent must be AAMA certified and experienced in triage (ability to assess patients and screen emergencies), maintaining records with accuracy and neatness, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to document within electronic medical record (EMR). (Will populate EMR with past medical history, vitals, chief complaints, and medications.)
Primary Care Center
Individual to perform a variety of tests and assays (routine and complex) in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations in a designated technical department. May interpret most results, subject to verification by supervisor and providing allowance by state regulations. May assist in training and orientation of personnel as assigned. Medical Laboratory Degree ( BSMT, or Associates MLT, ASCP/AMT certification or equivalent) and three years experience preferred.
